New Phone System Info

Please use the following instructions to setup voicemail on the new phone system:

• Dial *17
• Enter your extension
• When asked for the password the first time, press the # key
• You will be prompted to enter a 6-digit passcode and then press the # key
• Follow the prompts to complete the settings

To check voicemail:

• Dial *17 from any phone and follow the prompts

Administrators who have the phone with the large LCD screen can use the button with the envelope to access voicemail.

To forward a call to a different extension:

• On the LCD screen in the bottom right corner, use the black button to choose Features
• Use the gray selection tool in the center of the phone to scroll down to Forward and select
• Choose Forward Unconditional
• Scroll down to Destination then choose Edit
• Type in the extension you want your calls forwarded to and choose Select
