Please use the following instructions to setup voicemail on the new phone system:
- Dial *17
- Enter your extension
- When asked for the password the first time, press the # key
- You will be prompted to enter a 6-digit passcode and then press the # key
- Follow the prompts to complete the settings
To check voicemail:
- Dial *17 from any phone and follow the prompts
Administrators who have the phone with the large LCD screen can use the button with the envelope to access voicemail.
To forward a call to a different extension:
- On the LCD screen in the bottom right corner, use the black button to choose Features
- Use the gray selection tool in the center of the phone to scroll down to Forward and select
- Choose Forward Unconditional
- Scroll down to Destination then choose Edit
- Type in the extension you want your calls forwarded to and choose Select
